博士學(xué)位，20年科研經(jīng)驗(yàn)，發(fā)表過(guò)10篇以上SCI/EI文章，10年以上SCI審稿經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

編輯淘汰制度
艾德思對(duì)每一位編輯建立檔案庫(kù)，對(duì)每一篇經(jīng)由編輯修改過(guò)的文章做質(zhì)量追蹤，設(shè)立編輯淘汰制度：
（1）由該編輯修改過(guò)的文章有一次因?yàn)橛⒄Z(yǔ)水平問(wèn)題被學(xué)術(shù)雜志拒絕發(fā)表；
（2）由該編輯修改過(guò)的文章有一次被客戶投訴并經(jīng)證實(shí)存在嚴(yán)重質(zhì)量問(wèn)題；符合以上任意一條的編輯，都將被取消與艾德思的合作資格。因此，只有保持進(jìn)取心和責(zé)任心，在專業(yè)水準(zhǔn)上不斷要求進(jìn)步的編輯，才是艾德思編輯團(tuán)隊(duì)的一員。
編輯團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作流程
01
所有文稿首先按照主體領(lǐng)域分類，劃分到不同的學(xué)科組
02
由學(xué)科組負(fù)責(zé)人初審文稿，劃分子領(lǐng)域，并委派具有相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)和工作背景的資深編輯開(kāi)始對(duì)文稿進(jìn)行深入修改
03
文稿修改完畢，返回學(xué)科組負(fù)責(zé)人復(fù)閱，簽字，如有異議，返回編輯做再次修改
文章質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)
艾德思的服務(wù)以質(zhì)量為核心，承諾為客戶提供最優(yōu)的服務(wù)
（1）采取編輯負(fù)責(zé)制。每位編輯對(duì)其修改的文稿負(fù)責(zé)到底，直至通過(guò)學(xué)科負(fù)責(zé)人復(fù)審；
（2）由學(xué)科負(fù)責(zé)人，文稿責(zé)任編輯，相關(guān)子領(lǐng)域編輯，及公司負(fù)責(zé)人組成質(zhì)量管理團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)文稿的質(zhì)量保證負(fù)責(zé)；
（3）多次遭到客戶投訴或服務(wù)質(zhì)量不能令客戶滿意的編輯，經(jīng)由質(zhì)量管理團(tuán)隊(duì)裁決，取消與艾德思的合作資格。
